I prepared this 150 page proposal for Ankrom Moisan Architects to the Portland Development Commission in a nation-wide competition to design a LEED Platinum “living building” near Portland State University. I coordinated information with numerous consultants including those across the country, along with in-house architects to create an information rich and easy to navigate book complying with the Request for Proposal’s strict guidelines.
