civitas inc. a portland development company
Civitas’ original name was Genero, as a downtown Portland specific housing development company with an urban heart this brand wasn’t working for them. Civitas in Roman times meant to have “Citizenship.” Civitas as a development company is about giving people who might not ordinarily be able to afford to be “Citizens of Portland” the opportunity for affordable housing in the heart of the city. To aid in Civitas’ growth, I developed a logo, marketing materials, business cards and bank funding booklets.
